  I called today and was told I couldn't get help with my inquiry, because the customer service personnel didn't have time" " have other customers"! He then hung up on me. He must hate his job. He shouldn't have answered if he couldn't help at the time. I will never understand this behavior.

  Joseph Johnson was great! After I accidentally deleted my eSIM and was not able to get my phone back working on my own, he was able to figure out what the issue was and quickly fixed it. You’re a life saver Joseph!
