  Went to return items from amazon because they didn’t fit. I have never returned an item from amazon so I was unaware of the exact process and tried to ask if they needed to be returned in the bag they came in and had typical questions. The person in there with short blonde hair and a piercing had the most stankiest evil attitude for no reason. Very unfriendly since the moment I stepped foot in the store (she was playing on her phone before I entered and literally no one else was even there) probably mad because shes stuck at work when she’d rather be scrolling on tiktok, (I’d be mad too) but theres no need to be rude when I didn't even do anything, was probably in there less than 3 minutes. Basically treated me as if i was scum of the earth because I was unaware of the amazon return process. News flash not everyone works at UPS!!!! Not sure if it was racially motivated or what but nobody deserves such odd treatment, wont be back. If I could leave 0 stars I would Lol.

  I frequently use this location for shipping and printing - both business and personal. Consistent and quick. The manager/owner is very competitive in print prices and friendly.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from UPS. My package has been delayed for over 10 days. While I understand there was a small issue with the receiver's name, the delivery address was always correct, and I have successfully used the same address with USPS, FedEx, and other carriers without any problems. Over the past 12 days, I have visited the store 4 times and called customer service 7–8 times. Each representative provided different information and different reasons for the delay. What was most frustrating was the behavior of the store manager. I was treated impatiently and dismissively while simply trying to get an update on my package. Last Thursday, the manager assured me that the package would be delivered by Friday or Saturday. Today is Monday, and I am now being told Wednesday. I also requested a pickup option because of the ongoing delays, but no one has been willing to help or provide a clear solution. Although my friends are ready to pick it up. The lack of communication, repeated delays, conflicting information, and poor customer service have made this one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had.

  I went there to get a copy of a important paper and the employee copied it for me. He didnt even charge me. He went out of his way to help me. Very nice of him!

  I use this UPS location frequently for work-related purposes, and unfortunately several of the gentlemen working there are consistently rude and unprofessional. They rarely seem pleasant or willing to help, and almost always come across as having an attitude toward customers. Customer service and professionalism go a long way, especially for people who rely on this location regularly for business.
