- IGIndira Devi GallaJun 1, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from UPS. My package has been delayed for over 10 days. While I understand there was a small issue with the receiver's name, the delivery address was always correct, and I have successfully used the same address with USPS, FedEx, and other carriers without any problems. Over the past 12 days, I have visited the store 4 times and called customer service 7–8 times. Each representative provided different information and different reasons for the delay. What was most frustrating was the behavior of the store manager. I was treated impatiently and dismissively while simply trying to get an update on my package. Last Thursday, the manager assured me that the package would be delivered by Friday or Saturday. Today is Monday, and I am now being told Wednesday. I also requested a pickup option because of the ongoing delays, but no one has been willing to help or provide a clear solution. Although my friends are ready to pick it up. The lack of communication, repeated delays, conflicting information, and poor customer service have made this one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had.

They rarely seem pleasant or willing to help, and almost always come across as having an attitude toward customers. Customer service and professionalism go a long way, especially for people who rely on this location regularly for business.
