  If you are reading this because you are doing your diligence in searching for affordable insurance coverage, I am going to say the quiet part out loud. The insurance industry as a whole in 2026 sucks. The pricing structure sucks, the claims process sucks, and when you reach out to the insurance carriers for anything beyond taking your premium, it is a hassle that is really not needed. I went to a body shop in the area for an estimate, received the estimate and submitted it to my insurance carriers claims department. What I always knew was most mainline insurance carriers use LexisNexus as a guide for insurance industry standard replacement cost. What I did not know was that the guide uses a form of “Steiner math” to calculate replacement cost on my wife’s Mazda. I reached out to Gina because she has been my listed agent now for three years. “Gina I need guidance, because you have had 16 years experience working in insurance, and I am not following along with how LexisNexus Steiner math works.   This insurance company has always been one that I wanted to be a part of. They call every year to make sure there's nothing I need before renewing my policy. I enjoy the fact that my needs are met when I either call or I get on the mobile app. Great company.
