  Went to transfer my eSIM from one phone to another phone I purchased as refurbished and while the transfer and everything was fine the employee treated the transaction poorly. She was snide and rude about my phone screen being “not touch sensitive” because she was using her big nails and the sides of her fingers to touch things instead of properly touching stuff on the screen. For the record there is nothing wrong with my Phone screen but the way she kept reiterating it in a rude tone was not very friendly.
