We haven't had subway for a long time. It was good. A nice switch from burgers. We used coupons and that helped out with the cost. Felt like we got a great bargain 😎

The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and handled a situation with unnecessary hostility and public humiliation. When a gift card declined because the balance was slightly lower than the total amount due, the employee in question (Drew) loudly escalated the situation without any sort of discretion or professionalism. Additionally, he huffed and puffed at any question or request she had, threw bacon on her sub with a visibly irritated demeanor, and treated her like an inconvenience.
To add insult to injury, rather than allowing the woman the opportunity to use another form of payment, he instead shouted to the entire store that her payment declined and snatched the food out of her hands.
Follow-up phone calls to report this behavior were equally disappointing. Drew was the employee to answer the phone call. He responded with arrogance, dismissiveness, and a refusal to take accountability, offering no apology and no willingness to address the situation professionally.
Customer service should never involve mocking, humiliating, or openly disrespecting customers. I would not recommend spending time or money at a location that treats anyone this way.
