I went in August 2, 2026 to ship 2 packages, one boxed and labeled, and one that needed a label and packaged. I felt bad as it was 10 minutes before closing, but the man who assisted me was efficient and professional. I just wanted to leave a quick review on here saying thank you for being so kind right at the end of the day. Also, to everyone complaining about their Amazon returns sign, y'all are crazy. It's not too much to ask for you to have your return codes ready instead of holding up a line while you learn to use a cell phone.

I came in at 5 pm Wednesday August 19, and the two workers there had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It was my first time returning a package at an ups store and all they did the whole time was yell at me. Extremely unhelpful and should lose their job

Rudest employees ever especially when doing Amazon returns. This store needs to experience turnover.

Rude staff that don’t want to be there and don’t enjoy working with people. Looking forward to when this place shuts down for good.
