Super quick and easy, I’ve used this location a couple of times and have never had an issue with staff or a long wait.

Fed Ex has always been my go to for shipping packages. That will probably change. I had a package shipped from CA to my OH home. After trying to deliver and not being home I had the package transferred to my local Fed Ex storefront. At the time I was told to pick up it required the tracking info and my license. Also that I would get an email when it arrived at the location. Despite no email, I stopped in yesterday at the store in Hudson. I was told the package was there and gave the male customer service person the tracking info and my VALID FLORIDA license. After looking at my license and the package I was told I could not have the package as the license and the package did not have matching addresses! WHAT???You don’t even have to show a license to vote and I can’t get my package which I paid Fed Ex over $100 to get to me. I was told I needed a utility bill or bank statement that showed my OH addresses to match. I am a FL resident and spend summers in OH. This is not odd or new! I do not pay bills or do banking on my phone thus I was stuck! Now the line was 6 deep behind me and I could care less! I had a Nordstrom account on my phone which showed my OH addresses but was told that wasn’t good enough. Finally I used my Zelle account and found something but this took 15 minutes! Do better Fed Ex! Not needed to vote but treated like a criminal to pick up a package that I paid for as well as the shipping fee to your company! Looks like we will have to give UPS a try again! Happy 4th!
Most worst experience I have had in the last 35 years of my life.

FedEx has become one of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with. The driver literally drove all the way to my house, took a picture of the package, marked it as a delivery attempt, and then left without even trying to deliver it. No knock, no doorbell, no effort at all.
What is the point of coming all the way to the address if the package is never actually delivered? It feels lazy, dishonest, and disrespectful to customers who are waiting for important deliveries.
This kind of behavior reflects badly on the company and raises serious questions about employee accountability and morale. If drivers dislike their jobs this much, FedEx needs to address the issue instead of making customers pay the price through fake delivery attempts and wasted time.
Great service..
