FedEx has become one of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with. The driver literally drove all the way to my house, took a picture of the package, marked it as a delivery attempt, and then left without even trying to deliver it. No knock, no doorbell, no effort at all.
What is the point of coming all the way to the address if the package is never actually delivered? It feels lazy, dishonest, and disrespectful to customers who are waiting for important deliveries.
This kind of behavior reflects badly on the company and raises serious questions about employee accountability and morale. If drivers dislike their jobs this much, FedEx needs to address the issue instead of making customers pay the price through fake delivery attempts and wasted time.

Haven't used this store in months. One of the female employees , who seemed to be in CHARGE of everything ,is rather a bully in the customer service department.
Im pretty unhappy with the way every fedex store in the area improperly weighs packages. They put multiple on the scale at the same time so my 7 pound package now rings in as 21 pounds and i get rebilled a week after the item delivers. This is complete fraud
