    When did the meatball and Philly steak sandwiches start being served cold?? I don't understand why someone would serve a cold meatball sandwich. Multiple times I've ordered online and picked up a cold sandwich, that should be hot

    My wife and I had a 2 footlongs for 12.99$ coupon. We both got the Chipotle Steak on wheat bread. The 2 young ladies were cordial and friendly. They did not bat an eye when I asked they go heavy on the onions, black olives and banana peppers. We then went home feeling so joyous this Subway treated us with beautiful reserve, as if we were customers which really mattered, sending us on our way with delicious delightful wonders to be consumed while watching television in our humble abode. I so wanted hug the young ladies and tell them they are both true and capable sandwich artists. We traveled back home in possession of 2 Subway sandwich’s which should be exhibits at the Dayton Art Museum.

    Was missing both bags of chips, and there was one bag of incorrect chips in it. Only ordered here instead of Needmore as their system was down. Will be returning there from now on.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location around 7:25 PM. The staff member behaved extremely rudely with me and showed no respect at all. I paid for my food with my own money—it was not free—yet I was treated very badly. Customers expect basic manners and professional behavior, which was completely missing. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this issue seriously.
