  The last two times that I went to this restaurant, I could barely even eat the subs that I bought. The first time I actually splurged that day and bought a 12-in sub and the person working had only been working there 2 days and did not seem to have undergone much training at all and I asked for the All-American club and he started out by putting a meat that looked like it could be ham, but I know that it wasn't because I had eaten their hand before. He apologized for his mistake and they were also out of turkey that day so it ended up being a ham and bacon sub and with the inexperienced worker and the lack of proper ingredients it was a terrible sub and I literally took one bite and threw it away. And when I went back there recently, the staff was friendly, the kids were definitely high schoolers, and the sub was made properly except for when it came to the toppings I asked for mayo and then light sweet onion teriyaki sauce. And this young man literally put all the topping directly on top of the sub. And I thought to myself how am I supposed to take a bite of a sub with the mayonnaise in that location? So I asked him if he could maybe use like a knife to press some of the topping down into the sub like actually down into the sandwich. And he told me that once he folds it up that it will correct itself. 🙄 I didn't believe him but I said okay. And I was in a hurry so I had to eat the sub in my car and when I opened it it was a disaster it was an absolute mess and all of the toppings that had the mayo on them like the vegetables mainly they all fell off and it was a big mess in my car and so I ended up eating a dry sub that had no mayo and very little vegetables on it and again I was ridiculously disappointed.

  As I sit here waiting for my order since we ordered through the app. The guy that was putting together the order grunted at me when he confirmed who I was here for and then proceeded to say “no offense”. Then asked if this was for a party and when I said “no, just a larger family” there’s 5 of us. He then asked if we could give them a 24 hour notice if purchasing more than 5 subs. Then on top of all that didn’t have any salad bowls, and when I asked if there is a way to refund it, he stated “I don’t know, I can get my manager on the phone but they are a 20-30 minute wait” then I had to carry the subs out bc they are also, all out of bags.

  I ordered from this location and 2 hours later they close the store down. Didn’t even make my food, didn’t get it delivered, and I wasn’t refunded at all. I don’t even live in Hubbard and they’re trying to tell me to come all the way there out of town to get my food.

  Honestly one of the best sandwiches I have had here was made by Logan. Five stars.
