  Today there was a gentleman and his service dog that were refused service and asked to leave. The woman asked for paperwork. please do your research, actual trained service dogs do NOT get government issued paperwork. furthermore it’s not legal to ask for it or refuse service. A disabled person was asked to leave this place today. This is absolutely disgraceful and a huge problem. Please educate your staff on the laws of service animals. This is all over the internet in different groups and people are very angry about it.

  Normally I go inside order everything sometimes it comes out great other times it comes out terrible. I like sone of the people and I live in the community so I try I like subway after all. But I made my first online order yesterday and they botched it. I didnt get everything I asked for on the two subs. I got rushed out the store at 8:36 pm said they where closing early. One girl behind the counter didnt even wrap my subs right. The other wasn't in uniform she was wearing a pink shirt. Said something about helping despite not being on the clock or something. I dont ask for much just some patience and my food to be how I asked. Meet that and I can wait all day no problem. But this was terrible didnt get what I wanted and didnt even get time to check.

  I ordered food online, they messed up my food… so I took it back she proceeded to tell me she didn’t know if she could remake it she was texting her boss.. like no, you messed up my order you are replacing it. Then proceeded to say in front of me and other customers, she was off the clock and could do whatever she wanted to my food. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful little girls working in there. They will never get me again I will NEVER be back since I deleted my one bad review for yet another. Which is really unfortunate because I visit BellStores almost daily and I’m a regular customer. DO BETTER SUBWAY. QUIT ALLOWING TRASH BEHAVIOR.

  Pathetic they chased one person out today and they still had bread and one other person heard them say they still have some but there not getting it out and ready and it’s still an hour and 20 minutes before they close I think they need better management

  Stopped by after my son's basketball game and ordered a protein bowl, pizza sub and a Philly steak sub. The girl Name Madison was working. She was very polite and on top of preparing my order. During the making our sandwiches she kept saying if everything was okay with the sandwiches. Also she kept everything neatly and clean in her work area. She is a example of a good employee and Subway should pay good employee like this more money to keep good people like this!! Thank you Madison for all of your hard work and your wonderful attitude.
