Rich provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced from his many years working as a mechanic. I was replacing my dead battery myself and asked him to watch and make sure I was doing everything correctly. He was patient, helpful, and gave me great guidance throughout the process. He also recommended using battery terminal protector pads and anti-corrosion terminal grease to help prevent corrosion on the battery terminals, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. Rich truly went above and beyond and is a great asset to the store and the company. I’ll definitely be happy to come back and work with him again. Thank you, Rich!
