  Rich was the salesman that took care of me when i walked in. Need to have more people like him working there. Super helpful very nice guy. Helped me find everything i needed for my car. I will be coming back to this store for sure.

  Tyler and his team are willing to help and offer their educated advice on whatever you have going on with your vehicle. Honesty and quality customer service are few and far between these days. Highly recommended

  Bought a few things here for my "new to me" car. The cashier assured me I could return anything if it did not work for me. Went back to return the items that I did not need. Unfortunately the bar code on my receipt would not scan. They tried to look it up, the cashier never attached it to my account, so they said they could give me store credit. Ok. I was fine with that. But apparently 2 if the items (interior touch up paint) is not returnable. So i was lied to. Im assuming because the cashier that sold the items to me seemed a bit arrogant and irritated with my questions, he did not seem to care about the possibility of a return if I needed to. Will NEVER go to or reccomend Advanced auto ever again. Thank goodness for my other auto stores more local to me whose staff is always willing to help a "dumb girl" out.

  I purchased a starter for my 2014 F150 to replace one that I purchased a day before from the "jungle store" that was defective. This starter was more expensive, but worked flawlessly and by looking at it - it is a much better built and quality part. Tyler was very helpful and event tested the new starter to make sure I didn't have any issues. I learned my lesson!
