  Bought a few things here for my "new to me" car. The cashier assured me I could return anything if it did not work for me. Went back to return the items that I did not need. Unfortunately the bar code on my receipt would not scan. They tried to look it up, the cashier never attached it to my account, so they said they could give me store credit. Ok. I was fine with that. But apparently 2 if the items (interior touch up paint) is not returnable. So i was lied to. Im assuming because the cashier that sold the items to me seemed a bit arrogant and irritated with my questions, he did not seem to care about the possibility of a return if I needed to. Will NEVER go to or reccomend Advanced auto ever again. Thank goodness for my other auto stores more local to me whose staff is always willing to help a "dumb girl" out.

  I purchased a starter for my 2014 F150 to replace one that I purchased a day before from the "jungle store" that was defective. This starter was more expensive, but worked flawlessly and by looking at it - it is a much better built and quality part. Tyler was very helpful and event tested the new starter to make sure I didn't have any issues. I learned my lesson!

  Absolutely terrible experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. The store manager was extremely rude and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I came in to process a warranty on a part, and instead of honoring it, the manager kept making up excuses to deny the claim. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid standing behind the product they sold. What makes it even worse is that I went to the Advance Auto Parts on Monroe Street afterward, and they honored the exact same warranty on the same part without any issues at all. That alone shows the problem isn’t the warranty — it’s the management at this location. If you need parts or warranty service, do yourself a favor and skip this store. Go to the Monroe Street location where they actually treat customers with respect and handle warranties the way they’re supposed to.

  Found out that FRAM Auto parts has filed bankruptcy and we'll be going out of business soon, due to them losing a lawsuit. Had to go and get a new oil filter at Advance Auto parts and the manager filled me in on all the updates.
