  I stayed here while in town for work and had a horrible experience. I arrived with four pieces of luggage, so moving rooms or going back and forth to the front desk wasn’t easy. Because of that, I didn’t address everything right away—but that doesn’t excuse what I walked into. The blankets were dirty and covered in blonde hair, and the sheets had visible spots on them. The hot tub was filthy, and the water in the room didn’t even get hot. It was extremely uncomfortable and not what you expect when paying for a hotel stay. On top of that, I was charged three times for one night—even after my payment had already gone through. That alone was frustrating, but combined with the condition of the room, it made the entire stay upsetting. I’m really disappointed with both the cleanliness and how things were handled. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

  I came here and got a room with my family and when I called to reserve a room they ask how many adults was it gonna be and I told them me and my wife they never ask if I had children and the man at the front desk that should not be working this type of job because he was so rude and has no respect for anyone or their family and was very disrespectful and narcissistic and it was so bad the law was called and he tried telling them that i was intoxicated and being disrespectful but the law told me and my girl that this had happened quite few times before with same man. And I told the law enforcement what had happened and that me and my family was very upset and he had embarrassed us so bad and this man knew he took our money intentionally and had giving us a room with one bed and not the two I had reserved for us and when I went to him to let him know he had given us the wrong room he began to be a rude and obnoxious and we told him we would pay the extra for our kids he then after words told me he would not rent to me over my kids and I when I asked for our money back he snickered and said it wasn't his problem we needed to get out and with all my heart and soul I kept my sense and honestly he treated us like we was trash and embarrassed me and my wife and kids ive tried to contact someone to get this taking care of and no one will get back ahold of me other than the automated reply but it would be nice to talk to a person in charge

  This hotel is Kept very clean and the staff is very helpful. However, they did not have a lot of variety for their breakfast, especially on hot food. One morning, they only had two things(Sausage and eggs) And they never had any bacon in the few weeks I stayed
