  A gentleman came in behind me and placed his order. The tall, blonde, female employee who said she was from New York took the gentleman’s order. He stated his order, she did not hear him. He stated his order again. She did not hear him once again. The gentleman had to stay his order 5 times and got a little agitated as could understand. The employee stated he was a “snarky little fella “. The gentleman apologized and stated he was not trying to be snarky, but he was deaf and that may be why he was a little quiet. She then smiled and said it was OK. When she passed the sandwich over to the next employee, she looked at her in front of us customers and stated “He’s a quiet little guy. Make sure you listen.” Oh my gosh did I feel secondhand embarrassment for this gentleman. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

  It was nice and quiet. Food was good. A bit of a mixup. I think was a new person so it isn't so bad. Only a small mixup. Friendly service and fast.

  The sandwiches were ok except the meat balls tasted old customer service was top notch though
