    We order from here regularly not necessarily on my app but between me and my friends we stop here 2-3x a week and it is usually a really good experience compared to other late night fast food. This evening I placed a $37 order and sent my friend to get it I have a unique name so I doubt it was confused with another order friend came home with 30wings missing 2 large fries and a large ranch. We both went back to the restaurant as we usually have a good experience I asked them to remake the order and the lady said she would only remake the wings(not the two large fries sitting there for the time my friend drove back to my house then we went back to the store) at that point I simply asked for a refund as I did not want stale fries to accompany my fresh wings. Both employees were seated at a table on their phones as we entered the store and just looked at us confused until we told them why we had returned. Usually spend $80 -$120 a week here but probably not anymore

    They messed up our order but fixed it promptly. They didn't have any Paper towles though and I brought teo children so that was kind of messy

    experience was HORRIBLE. my boyfriend and i, went to wingstop at 9:30pm, ordered something simple.. 2 voodoo fries, and a burger.. took over an hour to get our food, but turns out they gave our food away.. we didn’t get our food till 10:45pm. i understand it gets busy, but there is absolutely no reason for people to come in after we did and get their food. I also understand things happen, but the workers didn’t apologize or anything. finally after we get our food, they gave us the wrong stuff, So i went up to the desk and kindly said “ excuse me i don’t wanna be this kind of person but this is not what we ordered, we ordered voodoo fries” and the lightskin guy with glasses, literally gave us extra regular fries, when all he could’ve done was add the voodoo sauce on there. and then, there’s a literal human hair in our food, so we stopped eating. it was just a nasty/horrible experience, and we will not be returning.

    Horrible. Sent wrong order called to fix it. Sat on hold for 27 minutes for them to pick up and hang up.
