  Worst customer service ever! They aren’t just rude but they don’t speak or ask how can I help you. Just wait for you to walk up, scan and hand you receipt. I even told them in a joking way “you guys don’t speak in this location do you?” I just got a laugh….weird

  I came in to do an amazon return. I figured I would have to do it myself. Instead, the clerk spoke up right away and asked if she could help and then proceeded to check the return in herself. Very friendly and helpful!

  Very appreciative of the employees. I walked in at 6:58 and they closed at 7:00 and they were still very nice and welcoming

  The short girl with black hair was yelling at the other girl while she was cleaning up, I completed my return but that experience was overly aggressive

  The young lady with the red hair gives off chaotic vibes. Her eyes made me uneasy. She whipped around my packages with such aggression that she knocked my wallet halfway across the room, And then didn't even acknowledge that it happened let alone apologize lol. She was ripping tape off of the tape spool gun in a way that I have never seen. It was extremely loud, which kind of made me question her sanity. She also never really listened to anything that I said, because I had to reiterate each step of the return process for each package several times. I hope that the right package goes to the right destination.
