The WORST customer service. They made an entire sandwich wrong and I called and she was extremely rude. I asked her to please remake it that I was on my way and in a hurry to pick it up and she told me she would, but then when we showed up to get it, she wanted to inspect the sandwich that was made wrong before she would remake it! Not the first issue I have had here with staff being awful, owner should do coaching

Just walked in after almost 10 hour shift to get a sandwich I said hello to one of the workers and was replied to with how many sandwiches are you getting not hello or how can I help you.He never smiled one time he actually had a scowl on his face like I was bothering him. You may want to send the guy with his hair pulled back for more training on customer service because he needs it. The other gentleman was quite courteous.If you are dealing with the public don't come across like you hate your job even if you do.People remember how they are treated.
