  The lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. She helped me get my package out and explained the delivery date and the cost. This was my first time shipping anything and she made it easy.

  If I could give them a negative review I would. The lady that works there is always happy to not help somebody. I tried to ship a box vaccines today, in an old box that previously stored alcohol wipes. This was evident by a very faded sticker on the side of said old box. She refused to ship the box, even though I let her know that I was shipping vaccines, not alcohol wipes. She did not offer to allow me to remove the old sticker or cover it up. She was rude, not helpful, and seemed giddy to let me know that she wasn’t going to help me. She is always intrusive and always insists on knowing exactly what is in every box that I ship from there. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Walgreens fedex shipped it without any issue.

  Do not use this Fedex store! Was told that they didn’t know what I was shipping so they wouldn’t ship. Clearly other reviews feel the same.

  Stopped in on 1/31/26 approx 12:15pm. Spoke and dealt with Cheryl. Absolutely positively one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in my life. By the far the best ive ever had woth FedEx in general. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Despite my ignorance she helped me work through my return quickly, promptly and efficiently. She even helped me troubleshoot my return label ordeal which I found quite amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to swing by again in the future, I'd be especially pleased to see her working again in the future if I ever ran into any issues. I'm still kind of in shock at how easy and efficient the whole experience was. Thanks Cheryl. Honest.
