  The employees they have there now are very helpful the ones that were there a couple of years ago or maybe longer weren't. I used to go to the other one across town just because of it but not now. The lady working there was very helpful with my ACP credit not once but twice and about to be a third time most people would have gotten aggravated with me and not help me. But the lady there was really friendly and very helpful I've been with Cricket for 10 years and I have no complaints

  They're very snody with customers. Reason I am saying this because I was one of the customers. They act like they don't want to help you. If I can get my husband to go with another carrier I'm leaving cricket.
