  If you're looking for a manager who genuinely cares about customers, employees, and growing the business, feel free to reach out to me. I know the automotive industry and would go above and beyond compared to what I've experienced at this location. The attitude here makes it seem like customers looking for solutions are an inconvenience. There appears to be very little urgency to help people, and even less concern about selling products or providing quality service. It's more than apparent that many employees at this location simply don't want to do their jobs, and it shows in the customer experience. This store has a lot of potential, but it needs leadership, accountability, and people who actually care about serving customers. Seriously, reach out—I would be happy to help turn this location around.

  Great service, they carry the specific, uncommon oil that my car likes, always do their best to accommodate the specific stuff I’m looking for. Always my first stop when looking for parts.

  I needed a few things during this last snow storm. I’m 60 female and I needed immediate assistance. Caleb was so helpful I got what I needed and was grateful. He mentioned to me about my battery being not functioning properly. I went back the next day and asked Caleb and he found what I needed and installed it within 15 minutes. I’m a Caleb customer now. T.
