Excellent help today at this store from April D. She helped me find the wipers I needed, made suggestions for make and model, informed me of the replacement warranty and then installed the new wiper blades for me. After the installation she suggested I activate my washer and wipers to test out the new blades and wished me a great day.

The employees at this store are so knowledgeable and helpful! I go to Miami University, so being able to get help with my car from far away can sometimes be stressful. April went above and beyond to help me not only fix my car and keep it running smoothly, but also to explain what was wrong, different ways to fix it, and what I could do moving forward. She even recommended other trustworthy people who could help me. She truly made a stressful situation so much easier and made my day better. I am incredibly thankful for all of her help and would definitely recommend this store!

Very helpful and friendly. The only reason for just 4 stars was because they didn't have the item in stock. No big deal though. I got something similar. Just ended up costing a little more.
