  Ordered a Italian BMT this location puts way less meat than any other location I’ve ever been to. The lady there gets upset if you use your rewards for some reason. Will be going to the one on Hoover rd now.

  If you want to see lazy employees, their children and relativies allowed to come behind the counter and touch food products without gloves or washing their hands, or get sick from eating here, then this is the subway for you! Stopped in here on a Sunday evening to find one employee on a break (for over two hours, was still "on break" when we left), the manager in flip flops, and another employee who got yelled at for not putting the meat on the right side of a flatbread. While we were having our meals put together, the manager allowed her young son Bobby to come back and make his food while ours was being prepared. After we got our sandwichies and sat down every employee proceeded to relax on the benches and couldn't care less that our food was bad. When two other people came in, it took them over 10 minutes to finally get an employee willing to help them. I would avoid this one at all costs.
