It's inside Walmart and east to find. No line and helpful associates.

Worst place ever. Do not use this black hole
If I could give this place a zero, I would it’s the second package of mine they’ve lost even with the tracking numbers they can’t find them they have told me they simply asked my name and the tracking number open up it’s not here one of them they lost was a 70 pound bag of dog food from chewy that I saw sitting there and told them I bet that’s it this last one they’ve lost they can’t locate it it shows it was delivered to their mailbox and they’re telling me they don’t have a mailbox don’t send anything here unless you want it to be lost forever and ever amen

My package has been out for delivery for two days, I've waited 1/2 mile from house from 1240 - 500, saw the van go ny once, have number on mailbox and 911 green sign. How hard is it to go down a road looking at numbers and deliver a package? My last package was delivered at the 800 block, if it was not for a neighbor i would have never seen it
I’ve spent half of my day on the phone with FedEx. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful except for an employee at this location. This employee refused to help me. He didn’t ask for a tracking number and would not look into my situation, then refused to let me speak to a supervisor or offer any further assistance. He claimed “my supervisor would tell you the same thing, I don’t have your package.” (I understood they didn’t have it, I needed someone to help me find out who did because it’s shown as on the truck for three days.) Everyone else I spoke with at FedEx, from the print and ship center in downtown Columbus to the customer service representative on the generic number was so kind and really helped ease my frustration. Unfortunately, they all recommended I call the Grove City location to get the information needed. Thankfully, the downtown location was able to transfer me to someone who could help. (This person also recommended I call Grove City but ended up working with his Supervisor to get the information needed.)
P.S. Someone should offer Cameron some more training.
