Me and my family went into Subway® this afternoon. We were ordering our sandwiches. She kept touching everything with her gloves on, then would touch my food multiple times after touching her face did not change her gloves then she proceeded to give me bad, brown lettuce. It was almost literally gone. Me and my husband nicely asked if we could get new lettuce. All she had to do was go back there and fill the thing back up to make her customers happy will never be back there. I promise that very, very rude and horrible horrible veggies everything was old and brown, and had other veggies inside she would not change the lettuce. She was trying to argue.
I went in about 30 minutes before close and Melissa was in there working and although I came in so Close to closing she was very helpful, even though they were out of my favorite sub she offered me recommendations and was very knowledgeable and helpful

I ordered tuna with veggies on it.
HOLLY took care of me. The tuna was fresh!

Placed an online order, they called and said they didnt have meatballs and canceled my order. Was told she couldn't refund my money right then but her manager would the next day. 10 days later and still no refund. Ive called several times and manager wont return my phone call. Pathetic. I just want my money. I wont order from subway again

Hours posted say the store is open along with the signs on, but the door islocked and phone calls go unanswered.
