  Paul was incredibly helpful with my headlight bulbs. Turns out he used to have the same car and knew exactly what to do. He even got me the right bulbs when the system gave us the wrong ones. I would go out of my way to come back to this location versus going to one closer to home.

  So yesterday we had our belt come off and we were able to make it to advance auto where the workers were so helpful and willing to do whatever it took to help us sadly we couldn’t get the belt on but they did allow us to leave the car there over night

  the employees here are very rude and will not allow you to return an item if you pay in cash if the item cost $100. the manager has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. treating paying customers with extreme disrespect just because I payed in cash. I am never returning to this store and feel like the manager handled this situation poorly and refused to return my item in my original form of tender because "no one uses cash anymore" just very unprofessional. I would give a 0 star if I could. this store does not follow store policies and if they accept cash as payment then they should be able to return my item in cash without disrespecting paying customers

  The battery in my wife's car died today. I took it to Advance and Paul installed a new one in 14 degree weather. Quick, efficient and friendly service!
