  I came 11 minutes before close and was told I cannot buy a footlong meatball sub or tuna sub because she had just washed the scoop. She could not be bothered to be accommodating in any regard. This was the worst service I have ever had at a subway

  I went into this location tonight. I placed an order on the app. She handed me my food but forgot my drink. She gave me the drink cup after I asked. I followed up by asking her if my cookies were in the bag. She said they were. I took the food and drove away. When I went to eat the food, it was missing a cookie. I drove all the way back there and I told her a cookie was missing and I said, "I asked you before I left and you said it was in there". She started SCREAMING at me "Dont get an attitude with me!" I said just give me my cookie. She replied they were out of chocolate chip cookies. So, you charged me for something you dont have - told me it was in the bag - then started yelling at me for having the nerve to come back and ask for what I paid for????? Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Terrible experience. Customer service training would be something this franchise should invest in heavily.

  Garbage, bread completely smashed like it was a soft pretzel stick. Never going back here. The one off the freeway in Hubbard is where local people should go.

  I just wanted to say that I had a great experience this evening at the subway in Girard, Ohio. I wish I had gotten the workers name, but I just want to give her a shout out. She not only took great care in making my subs, but she was so pleasant. Thanks! 😊
