  Put an order online and was excepted they took our money then canceled the order and now management refuses to talk to us about a refund... they like to steel your money without giving you the service

  This subway definitely needs some attention by the owners from the Millbury subway. The kids that work there are great but definitely need some guidance. The store either never has change or the veggies are wilted... they are out of stuff constantly and not from covid... due to the truck coming in and not getting unloaded. The Millbury location is nice but they need to start paying attention to the genoa location
