  I get subway almost once a week or every other week and my sub is always wrong. It’s always they forget the lettuce or forget my sauces or they don’t toast it. I’ve never had so many problems with a subway before. I’m about to start driving to Ashtabula subway they always get my sub right.

  Ally was fantastic, very up beat, positive attitude, greeted us with a smile and made conversation, very efficient also.

  Store was filthy, young high school girl on face-time while making orders, touching phone screen with her gloves on..I would put zero stars if I could 🤢 This place needs shut down

  I definitely give this subway five stars on any other day except for Friday, April 3, 2026. I walked into Subway® at 9:29 maybe a little bit after no one was in the front. Nobody was in the bathroom. The rugs were up because they had mopped the floor normally this is something I would never do but to know that I stood in this restaurant for 28 minutes, knocking asking if anyone is in there and then I got afraid that somebody may be hurt or somebody may have passed out so I opened up the door to where employees walk in, but I didn’t go into the back, but I said hello and I kept saying hello. I called the phone. Nobody answered the phone so I’m sitting here and I’m thinking what is going on here. I hope everyone’s OK so fast-forward to the point where I did not want to wait any longer and I was gonna leave and then ask the police to go and check on whoever was supposed to be in there to make sure they were all right, but then I see a gentleman peek around from the corner while I’m Getting into my car, I held my hands up at him and stated so he could Read my lips and said I see you. I walked right back in. He went back around the corner and hid even more longer so I said why are you doing this and he still stated the back never answered never said anything just didn’t want to give service I’ve never had any employee in Subway® do this to me ever this store has always been amazing but what happened tonight was hurtful and unacceptable
