  Stopped here last night 08/15/26 on the way back from Cedar Point. MY Husband, son and sons friend go inside to order food. Its for the kids,husband and I don't get anything. We are waiting in the parking lot seems like forever. Other customers have gone in and came out, my son and his friend is still waiting. They only got 6 wings each, so it should not have taken that long. They had to redrop chicken for them, when they told my husband before they was about to drop it fresh. After about 10mins I go in to find out whats going on and to get a refund. Come to find out thats when they had to regroup chicken for my kids orders and there was no one there to give a refund, only 2 young guys who "CLAIMS" they not allowed to do a refund. So basically we was forced to get the chicken. Finally chicken is done and we leave, it didn't even come with a delightful fresh cooked chicken smell, there was no aroma coming from they bag, but my son said it was good. Good or not we will NOT be back!!!!!

  This wingstop like the majority of the others is a joke! Employees look and walk around like they hate their jobs. Attitudes are awful! Let me walk out the store go home and knew my order was not right. When I return and asked, if you knew you didn't have Carolina gold sauce why not tell me BEFORE I leave out (asked kindly and respectfully) But then have an attitude cause they can't answer a common sense question! Demeanor, appearance, environment, ALL BAD! My advice if this is your last resort, check your order or else they'll throw anything they want in you order. PS. Floors slippery and dirty. Soda machine area unsanitary looking also. Will NOT return ever.

  Went there at 11pm door was open staff said online orders only what's the purpose of the door being open ? And why on google it doesn't say online orders only after 11...

  Used to be a great store now it sucks. Cashier never puts the right name down, mumbles constantly doesn't seem to know what he is doing with the register

  Ive eaten at several wingstops, this one is closest to me so when I have it delivered, food is still fresh and tasty. Great job to this crew!
