  Filed complaint nothing has come of it. Ordered few days ago and the door dasher Katie stole my pop out of the bag and put my food in the driveway. Went to app filed complaint on doordash and on subway I didn't get my full order and sub was same as it was for meal of the day they didn't give a single different topping I asked for. Was just ordering subway for the deals yeah won't be back. What kind of customer service do you run here no wonder the heavyset lady stole the pop she is probably doing it all day long

  We paid for a fountain drink they knew they didnt have Dr.Pepper but didnt tell us until after we tried to get one, so got pepsi 😪 went to refill it, then it was empty. Lots of dirty tables and paper towels in womens bathroom empty. Atleast 3 girls in back there. Not saying they weren't busy but clean tables while no one there so if someone comes in they have more than a couple to pick from. Sorry but have worked in the food business before.

  If I could give less than one star I would. It’s bad enough to get the police involved over a false accusation of someone stealing. However for employees to then continue about it on Facebook in a public forum is absolutely unacceptable. It’s clear for somethingike this to happen it starts from the frachisee and works its way down. To borrow a sports analogy it sounds like a complete lack of institutional control.
