Ordered my usual tuna sandwich of the past 10 years. The quality has really deteriorated under the management of the past year. I avoided it for 6 months and have slowly tried to order there but it appears they are trying to cut costs. Quality control is off because the issues differ from month to month: Tuna was soggy (drain it) they ran out of lettuce so they decided to use wilted and browning lettuce (go to Kroger in the strip mall and buy some), cutting back on the amount of ingredients (stick to the subway standard), etc.
We went in there to get some subs we couldn’t even get hardly anything on our subs after we got done with the meat portions cause all the vegetables they had out was nearly all old or bad the lettuce was so brown and mushy u couldn’t even eat it
First time going to this location and there were two lady’s who looked south asian that took my order. They got my order wrong, I kindly explain to them what they gave me is not what I ordered. Instead of trying to find a solution they both began to raise their voices at me and blamed me for their mistake. They even refused to make the remake the sandwich and try to instead scoop the inside of the sandwich into another one instead of simply remaking it so I told them I wanted a refund they can keep the untouched sandwich, they refuse complaining that the meat is too expensive? No type of customer service at all instead they like to argue with customers, when they barely have any to begin with.

My favorite subway best workers friendly and always have my sub just right perfection they deserve more praise but a review will do

This subway was not clean. Dirty floors, pop spilled on the counter by the pop machine. The cucumbers were turning brown. I had a hair in my sandwhich to top off the experience. I never leave reviews but felt that this poor experience warranted one. I hope management sees this and gets that subway cleaned up and managed better. I will not be returning
