  Me and my mom come in all the time! They are very nice and respectful/ professional. Roy was very helpful suggesting new things and the food was delicious as well.

  Subways around Gahanna have stopped putting much meat on the sandwiches. I would rather pay a bit more and get a well made sandwich.

  The indian lady could not get nothing right. She did not know nothing. That was on the menu was talking on the phone to her husband or boyfriend while trying to take our order we told her what we wanted and got totally opposite what should have been a ten minute process took 30 minutes i had high expectations from this location but yet, we got served like we was on cleveland and 13th As we was checking out she kept pointing to the tip option i am not tipping for bad services

  they were extremely rude to a group of african american teenagers who came in after us, and for the past 15 years, i have ordered the same subway sandwich. a footlong on italian herbs and cheese, turkey, provolone, salami, toasted the sub, with lettuce, pickles, and mayo. last night for the first time in my life, they charged an additional $5 for the salami, not only that, but they made the group of teenagers pay before ordering their subs, when they did not make us (a white couple) do that at all. the owner was extremely rude. this was our first and last time in that location, but something had gotta be done. ps, the sub was terrible.
