  Nothing says customer service quite like being told I need to buy a $2 sticky label because they cant use a few inches of their tape to help me put my printed label on.

  All the employees are always upbeat and in good moods and extremely helpful. They make all transactions smooth and quick.

  I had a really off day a few weeks ago. I was in a rush, grabbed a package I had to return and its shipping lable and went to drop it off at UPS. I completely forgot to tape my package shut and secure my lable. I asked the store associate if she could just stick a few pieces of tape on the box and lable for me. She politely told me they no longer offer those services. Then politely gave me options to still achieve the outcome I was looking for by offering the option to purchase a sealable package or a roll of tape. Being in a rush I took my package and angrly left the store. I was not verbally angry in any way, but my body language spoke volume. The associate was still very polite. I later returned to the store with my package taped and lable secure. I had cooled down and was no longer in a rush. I spoke to the store manager and the associate I was rude to was no longer on shift. I was hoping to apologize for my childish actions, but she was not present when I returned. I just want to thank all the UPS store associates who deal with any of us humans who lose themselves in daily life and busyness, and do not always conduct ourselves in the best manner. Thank you Fremont UPS for having such wonderful kind understanding associates. God bless.
