  I always receive great service from the kind staff and manager at our Fremont UPS store. They are friendly and very helpful with all of our needs -and there have been many over the years-shipping, printing, packing, returns. I appreciate having such a wonderful store in our town. They rate an A+ with me in every aspect of their business!

  I love this UPS store. Every single associate is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I drive out of my way to come to Fremont versus other locations. They are definitely extra. Brittany helped me today and she was so nice and happy!

  I’ve been using this UPS store for years and it is so impressive to me that every single interaction is kind, respectful, helpful and professional no matter which employee is helping me. That is so rare in customer service nowadays! Thank you for taking pride in your careers to not only take care of the customers well, but to also brighten their days with a smile!

  I was tring too send small box internationaly, having trouble with paper work. Driver comes to house, within few min. he has exsplained all that is needed done.. ( Darell has been with company for 31 yrs.. very helpful and friendly.. I greatly thanks for help and time..) just want to thanks for your personalty and professional courier.

  It was a bit dramatic to refuse to put 16 inches of packing tape on a box and make me leave, get some tape and then come back, especially with the tape literally sitting next to them on the counter. I get it you want to sell full rolls, but it seems like good business to offer this as a courtesy. Even at $5 a roll for 53 yards. It’s only going to cost you about $0.07. Once the rationed tape was obtained the simple return was, well, simple.
