  The kid in the back with the thick glasses was very very rude to me. He shouldnt be employed if he doesnt want to work. Will not be eating here again and will reccomend others not to as well. Will be contacting corporate about this

  I placed an online order yesterday for 8:30/8:35 pm. Placed it at 7:45 pm ish. My boyfriend and I arrived early so we sat in the car till the app said it was ready. When we walked in there were 4 other people waiting. The worker asked if we had an online order we said yes he said “you’re going to have to wait a minute” we didn’t leave till about 9 pm…

  Ordered online told me it would be ready 20 min so I waited to come in when I did get here 20 min after I ordered i still had to wait another 20 min because they kept taking everyone els first so don't order online if you do go btwbi only order 2 subs

  There was an amazing woman working behind the counter tonight!! She was working by herself and getting slammed with orders. She did amazing at managing everything and we even had a great conversation!!! I hope to see her in the near future.
