  I've been using this store for over a year and won't go anywhere else. I have used them for many services from printing emails to my daughter's wedding photos to having memorial bands printed. The staff at the Fairview park UPS store have gone out of their way to make all my experiences easy and a very happy customer. Truly grateful.

  This UPS center is the best, it is very efficient, clean, and the help always has a smile on their faces, I’ve seen them help/walk people through the process of Amazon returns who are first timers, I can’t say enough about it.. 👍🏽

  Needed to have a document notarized, staff was extremely helpful and got me in and out without any hassle. Very lucky to have a great UPS store in my neighborhood.

  Very kind and helpful. Was just trying to send some stuff home for my kid on a Sunday morning before catching our flight. The staff made it all super easy. He also recommended we check out the Cleveland Asian Festival before our flight, which was fun. We appreciated the recommendation and all the help.
