The assist manager helped us and had to accept the at&t returns because at&t system was down. He explained what was happening and was patient with us

I recently needed to get over 1300 letters mailed to my patients. Jordan at FedEx made my life easier by printing address labels and letters in a matter a of a few days. I appreciate that he made the process simple. He was in great communication with me and made sure everything turned out perfect.

I had a return shipment where the label was not scanning properly. David was extremely helpful and persistent with trying multiple ways to make it work. He was able to reprint the labels so I could get my items shipped/returned.
