  I came in today to employees was in the store 1 employee behind the counter, said, I'm off. She got a wait on you, she's sitting down. No one in the store even waited on. They couldn't even greet me when I came in the door no aint now been all hours in this store so I turned around and walked out you lost a customer forever so sad.

  This is the best subway around the area, in my experience. You can tell they try their best with keeping the place clean and doing all the prep work. I've never had them skimp on toppings. I come to this location when I can.

  I went there 8:30 today they said they closed they not gonna open door and she talking so rude to me and I placed online order so she not even gave me a refund

  Terrible management and customer service. Placed and order for pick-up at 9:15am. Confirmation says 9:15am, but for some reason the email says 10:15am. Not ready when I got to the restaurant. They said they didn't see my order in their system, that I was already charged for, refused to make my sandwich and told me I would have to wait 3 days to see the charge on my card refunded.
