  Can’t believe I wasted my money here. It’s not that difficult to read a ticket and make what’s on the ticket. My 7 year old nephew could do this. But they’re always too preoccupied clowning around and horse playing with each other instead of doing work (as I witnessed today 7/31/26 at 7:44pm) like please just close this place down if management and upper management doesn’t want to properly staff and train their crew. How ANYBODY in upper management still has a job is beyond me with the amount of complaints this company gets.

  Great food! Great team, clean environment. Favorite location. Jayden was very personable over the phone. Manager and other teammates were excellent!

  My BBQ wings had a terrible old teriyaki taste to then as if they never wash their bowls after tossing the chicken. Food was not crispy as if they cooked the food fresh to order. Definitely not satisfied. The location in mentor is much much much much better. This community doesn't deserve to spend their hard earned money on sub par chicken.

  I was greeted right away by Kori who was so nice and a breath of fresh air from the rudeness I’ve been met with dealing with customer service places today 10/10 recommend!

  I thought i reviewed this particular location before, apparently I didn't. But I see a lot of negative reviews but this Euclid lakeshore location is by far, the best wing stop I've had. The Willoughby location really turned me off of wingstop until I tried this one. My order was done right, was ready when it said it would be ready, the fries were amazing not greasy or soggy. The customer service was great, the lady who checked me out was very friendly and professional, I will return and also recommend this particular location.
