  I was greeted right away by Kori who was so nice and a breath of fresh air from the rudeness I’ve been met with dealing with customer service places today 10/10 recommend!

  I thought i reviewed this particular location before, apparently I didn't. But I see a lot of negative reviews but this Euclid lakeshore location is by far, the best wing stop I've had. The Willoughby location really turned me off of wingstop until I tried this one. My order was done right, was ready when it said it would be ready, the fries were amazing not greasy or soggy. The customer service was great, the lady who checked me out was very friendly and professional, I will return and also recommend this particular location.

  This is the most horrible Wingstop I have ever been to I was told that I placed my order online I went to retrieve it looked at my wings where there was no seasoning just a little bit. Employee explains that this is a franchise location and that they are limited of how much season they put on your wings wing wasn't season at all taste like I paid for plain wings I said I have to pay extra for extra seasoning employee says owner is very strict about the seasoning. I just try other locations that are not franchise like this whoever owned this Wingstop you should be ashamed of yourself for not seasoning the wings workers look unhappy and sad they just look miserable you can tell it's bad leadership in here would like a refund on my wings also got voodoo fries a large they were a small I guess you're weighing the french fries as well.. like who is really counting how much seasonings you're putting on food I can go to any other Wingstop and never have this problem this is sad if you're the owner and you read this shame on yourself

  Terrible wings! Hardly any seasoning or sauce on my order. Fries were cold and soggy. Never ordering from here again.

  The fries are not the original Wingstop fries. They were hard and burnt. The chicken was overcooked from the night before. I called to get my money back and was placed on hold and the manager never came back to the phone.
