    I live right next to a subway on east 42nd but drive out of my way to come to this subway. This location is always the best. The bread is always fresh, veggies and meat fresher. The subs taste overall better at this location

    Would rate it lower if I could! While the food is always great 💯 your cashier sucks! Whoever is working today 4/30 at 3:18 pm! Throwing stuff, tapping her nails as if my money and business was an inconvenience to her and she was all out rude. It’s sad, now I’ll go to one closer to home smh such a shame, if you don’t like people maybe you should have your ugly attitude in a factory 💯

    I placed the order for 8:30 PM pick up and wasn’t able to get there because my app told me to go to a different store asked if they can fix the order because they had it in the cooler still instead of canceling the order and refunding it like they’re supposed to. They just kept it into a cooler for the next day, which is weird and gross like who’s going to take that? It’s been sitting for over eight hours. That’s disgusting. They refuse to refund they refuse to remake. I spoke to some lady and I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but if she can’t even follow Subway®’s own policies, she don’t need to work there. Also, they marked it as picked up, even though it was never picked up, which is fraud. I have disputed it with my card company. If they don’t give my money back, I will dispute with the Attorney General of Ohio as fraud because you marked something as picked up by the customer, even though it was not. then you refuse to refund as well as remake which is theft so that would be theft in a fraud against you.

    Sandwiches aren't bad as long as you don't like too much meat and like tons of lettuce and black olives on your sandwiches.
