  This place is an absolute dump. 4 night stay we had to get every key card reset atleast once. The 'free breakfast' is rubber eggs, circular rocks described as sausages and some OJ. Our door didnt have a working deadbolt, room across from us had a 1/2 inch gap at the top which anyone could use to peek in. None of us saw any bed bugs but I would not be surprised in this shithole. I do not know who is in charge of this location but I would be ashamed of myself if this was how my property was represented to guests.

  The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I don’t feel it deserves the negative reviews. For the price, overall good!

  Nice staff. Bad pillows. Moldy shower head. Breakfast is on the embarasing to insulting side of scale.

  Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool was a little chilly, but it was clean. Only concerning thing didn't have to do with the hotel- it was the homeless person skulking around the outside of the hotel across the way looking in windows. Didn't seem to be many non-sitdown restaurants nearby, though.

  BEDBUG !!! We had planned to stay at Best Western Inn for two nights during our road trip vacation. On the first day, the room we were given had a clogged bathroom sink. Even though we never turned the water on, the sink kept filling up by itself. We reported the issue to the front desk, but they told us it was already late at night and there was no maintenance staff available. They offered to move us to another room, and we accepted. We had already completely unpacked, so we had to pack everything up again and move. Unfortunately, the second day was even worse. We noticed a bug crawling on the wall. At first, I thought it was a tick, so I took a picture and searched online. I was shocked to discover that it was a bed bug. Our vacation was completely ruined. We had to cancel the rest of our road trip and drive seven hours back home. Once we got home, we had to leave all of our belongings outside, wash everything on high heat, and go through the exhausting process of making sure we didn’t bring bed bugs into our house. We showed the bug to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, but they told us they couldn’t reach them and that we wouldn’t be able to speak with them. The only solution they offered was a refund for our two-night stay. However, the inconvenience, stress, and financial loss we experienced went far beyond the cost of the hotel room. Our vacation was cut short, and our plans were completely disrupted. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel!
