We have no less than 4 auto parts stores in our town, but Advance is unquestionably a leader of the pack, & here’s why:
•The staff are always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful, & they’re never pushy.
• The store itself is not huge, so they don’t have a huge selection of different brands for every single item, but they always have everything I need. On the rare occasions that they don’t have what I need in stock, they will have one delivered to the store, usually that same day, or the next day at the latest.
• Generally speaking, I find that everything is a lower price here, than at the other three car parts stores in town.
• They offer “loaner tools” for free*, for as long as you need them, so that every time you work on your vehicle, you don’t have to spend a fortune buying a new specialty tool, that you’re only ever going to use once.
* For the “Free” loaner tools, you do have to leave a deposit, which is the cost of the tool, but you get your full deposit back when you return it, or you can just keep it & not get your deposit back. It’s your choice.
• Finally, & probably MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you ever have a problem that the store staff can’t handle, with a quick call to their customer support team they will do WHATEVER Is necessary to fix the problem, & make sure you are COMPLETELY satisfied. In fact, their customer support is so amazing, I will never shop any place but Advance again.
It would take way too long to tell the whole story, but I called customer support one afternoon while at the store, with an extremely unique problem. So unique that even customer support could not help me, so they “elevated” the status of my call, & said someone would call me within 24 hours. First thing the next morning (8:02 am), I received a call from JERRY, who was the nicest guy ever, & was already completely familiar with every detail of the issue I was facing. After making sure he had all the details right & all the information he needed, he said “let me see what I can do, & I’ll call you back within a couple hours”. Exactly 13 minutes later, Jerry called me back having completely solved the difficult, & highly unusual issue I was having. So, I’m not exaggerating when I say they’ll do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you’re COMPLETELY satisfied. Jerry happily moved mountains, in a matter of minutes, first thing in the morning, to fix a problem that was not even their fault, just to make sure that I remained a happy customer… Well, I very much am a happy customer, especially now. A million thanks to Jerry & everyone at Advance.
