  This place sucks. Yesterday, we were in line after wrapping our things that we were going to ship. The man that works there tells us that he’s not going to help us because they’re closing. He said, “If you don’t leave now, I will take your box and break it outside.” He was being very rude and closed his register on us after we had been waiting for a long time. He even threatened to call the cops on us. Terrible, terrible customer service!

  I just had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this UPS store. The man who was working essentially refused to help me and then proceeded to yell at me as I walked out and told me that I was ignorant and dumb.

  I went to this store at opening and then again an hour later and it was still closed. When I called to ensure they were open at 10:30am so I didn’t waste another trip and explained it had been closed, the lady hung up on me. This was maybe a month or so ago. I went tonight at 6:30pm (posted hours close at 7pm) and it was closed yet again.

  I went to this store (#2514 on Martin Rd in Dublin) on 09/16/2026 to return a laptop to my employer. The clerk barely spoke to me and didn't even respond when asked a direct question - he may have been distracted by whomever he was on his cell phone with the entire time I was there. He took my $2000 laptop, slapped a label on it without packaging it, and then flat out refused to give me any kind of receipt or tracking information for it. He actually expected me to believe his obvious lie that it was MY company's "system" that would not print a receipt, and he couldn't do anything about it. Funny how it worked so easily when I took the laptop back from him, went down the road to a different UPS Store, and ten minutes later the clerk there had no problem following the simple instructions and providing a receipt with a tracking number. I see now that the purported owner of this store knows it's had major problems for a long time, yet here we are, so they clearly couldn't care less. I just hope some of these reviews can help someone else avoid having their property stolen or their time wasted or both.

  They totally botched 2 peoples mail items at once A young man tries to returne something to Amazon and they put the shipping label of the package of heirloom pewter measuring cups ( from my deceased mother) that was going to my daughter My health has been poor and since I was so tired I trusted them to pack it. The young man said he would take special care with it! He proceeded to swap shipping labels My daughter got the return that was supposed to go to Amazon and our heirlooms went to the Amazon warehouse. UPS could tell us when and where but would only have us fill out paperwork It could have been located asap if people on either side cared. UPS now says there is a claim number and I am the sender and receiver so it's up to me to contact Amazon. Amazon says the tracting number, which we have for the young man isn't helpful . That need a TBA number which no one seems to be able to tell us Because This store is a Franchise the corporate UPS just says file a claim There no amt of money to replace this I was hopeful a person would care but they don't This store used to be owned by Rich who would have some something The owner of this store now obviously doesn't run a place you want to shop items from!! I accidentally called the wrong store and that manager even said the Martin Rd store is a mess! I am disappointed and angry that they don't have a human compassion side to the store Below is a picture of the Peter that sat on a shelf in my daughters grandmothers how that she cherished for my daughter's 45 years My mother received them from her mother I would have trusted them to pack and ship if I knew there was a different owner and I hadn't been ill We are so sad .
