  went in an hour before close and this man said he works 7 seven days a week, so he couldn’t make us food. he is here every single day with the worst attitude and service possible. i’m very displeased. i have come here for the last 5 years and only until these few months have i had very unpleasurable experiences with this guy. very disappointing.

  I’m allergic to a lot of ingredients in common condiments… I don’t expect zero cross-contamination, but not cleaning the knife between subs and dragging the tops of sauces over subs with no sauce is a little excessive. I’m aware that I didn’t lead with the allergy, but I would hope most people wouldn’t make zero effort to keep separate sandwiches separate. She was super apologetic over getting a little oregano on another persons sub, but didn’t clock that she just contaminated a sub earlier and dragged a dirty knife on the top of it. Picking up pieces from other bins is also a little weird to me, but whatever, my throat is only a little tingly. Again, I’m aware there can’t be zero cross-contamination, but the bare minimum isn’t hard.
