  I will never return to this location. It's bad enough that quality is hit or miss, but seeing a young child of one of the employees behind the counter where the food is prepped was the final straw. The manager of the restaurant is also incredibly rude and inappropriate. I've seen her badger customers for tips, storm off into the back when she had to go get something, literally stamping and swearing the whole time, and I've watched and experienced her incessantly complaining about personal and professional things on multiple occasions. She also will just start making your sandwich the way she assumes you want it and either blanks out or completely ignores instructions or corrections. And while I don't know if its below proper standards or not, the food bucket and prep area are almost always filthy looking, at least in comparison to other subways I've been to.

  I've been frustrated because this has happened more than once. The internet and your posted sign states your closing time is 9:30. I have come at 9:10 and 9:15 (only to grab ham and cheese...not even a sandwich...trying to be considerate of closing time) and the doors are locked with the employees still in the building at the counter. If they want to clean up and be out of the building by 9:30, then closing time should be posted at 9. I've worked in the food service industry, so I understand what needs to happen before they can leave. Doors should be locked at the closing time that is posted, not before.

  My friend and I stopped in for a sub. We had a delightful experience with DayDay. She was friendly, kind, and, best of all made delicious subs for both of us! Thanks DayDay for brightening our rainy day out for Kim's Birthday! You are a great asset to this business!

  The customer service at this Subway is unacceptable. We were rushed from the second we entered, and the lady serving us was unnecessarily rude and raised her voice at us multiple times. It was an overall hostile environment, and we won’t be returning to this location.
