  I stopped at this Subway around 4:15 am but the employee was on break, and the other employees told me he would be back in 15 minutes. I wasn't upset—I did some shopping, got coffee and ice, and came back. He was still gone, so I waited patiently until he returned. When he came back, he washed his hands, dried them with paper towels, and prepared my order. I actually thought he was friendly and was planning to leave a 5-star review. However, after I left the truck stop and started eating about an hour later, I discovered that the dirty paper towels he had used to dry his hands were placed inside the bag with my sub. That was very disappointing and unsanitary. I don't know if it was intentional because I arrived during his break, but it left a very bad impression and completely changed my experience.

  They don't maintain their inventory and their substitutions are labeled wrong. You will NOT get what you ordered, and the staff will refuse to make it right until you throw an absolute fit.
