  We ordered a kit 2 times and included a note stating the manufacturer website list this as available for preorder and shipping in 4-6 weeks. Both times we received a call stating it is not available to order, just as I mentioned in my notes, but they will check with their special order department to see if they can preorder to place a hold on the item and they will call me back to let me know. Never received this call back and they just cancelled the orders without informing a paying customer. Now they switched our account to a different location so I wouldn’t be contacting them when placing my orders without informing us. This is not good customer service. Update: We received a call from the manager explaining why this occurred. I appreciate the follow-up, but this information should have been relayed prior to the cancellation and account change.

  Hello ,I just wanted to give a shout out too the two lovely ladies that help me with the hood clips and the light for my 2017 Honda Accord.The manager lady put my turn signal bulb in for me so by the time I paid for it, came out to my car she was done. Thank you so much for all your knowledge and your quick acting that allowed me to be back on the road in less then 10 mins. I don't know there names but they definitely did the job. I will be back. Thanks again.
