  WTH subway …waited in line for 25 mins ( no joke ) the lady making sandwiches was insanely slow, she kept saying she was new and she was the only one working…I realize it’s not her fault but you would think they wouldn’t leave someone so new all alone…anyway it was finally my time to order after waiting for 25 mins and the lady says she’s gonna wait on the guy behind me on some sort of receipt issue so we left

  I had an online order and when I walked in while they were making it the lady rudely said to go sit down and she’ll let me know when it’s done. I understand asking me to go sit down but the tone she used was very unnecessary.

  Went In yesterday to order my kids some subs after shopping and this girl named kass from what her tag says was very unprofessional and rude! I asked this young lady if she can put the cheese on top of the meat so it melts because having it under the meat doesn't melt and the girl FLIPS out talking how it's against regulations and that she can't make it the way the customer wants. So I tell her never mind I will go somewhere else that will do it. Then I walk away and this girl kept making rude remarks abought me while I was walking away and I turn around and ask what she said and she then she flips out again and says I'm banned and I'm no longer welcome all because I told her I do not want to order ? And I walked away again and then she starts back up again wanting to cause unnecessary drama! which btw subway by collage was able to be professional and mentioned someone else said the same thing abought this girl. I have never been so embarrassed/ weirded out at same time.

  Went to order the 599 subs two different paying customers and you’re allowed to have two sandwiches a piece and they would not let let me get the sandwiches I wanted because there was someone else with me that was buying their own food separately they were gonna get the same subs but on a different order and they refused to do that very poor service Telling me that I couldn’t order separate orders that makes no sense there or two different people Just because I wrote with somebody to the store, doesn’t mean that I live in the same household
