  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the GM, Allen (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!), at this Wingstop. I placed a mobile order that unfortunately ended up being stolen, which was obviously frustrating, but Allen completely turned the situation around. He was incredibly friendly, understanding, and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right. He was working in the back with another gentleman and had my replacement order made in less than 8 minutes. He even offered to cover the large drink I wanted to add to my order, which I really appreciated. He also asked for some brownies to be thrown in, although they didn’t end up making it into the order, and honestly, that’s completely okay! The fact that he was willing to do that in the first place says a lot about the kind of manager he is. Allen was apologetic about the mix-up, incredibly generous, and treated me like he genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Things happen, and sometimes orders get stolen, but having someone like Allen there to handle the situation makes all the difference. Wingstop is lucky to have a GM like him. Definitely deserves some recognition for his customer service and the way he handled an unfortunate situation. 🙌🍗

  Scam! Fries were so dry and bland and they basically scammed us for downloading the app and we got free offer. 0/10 Plus we asked for bone in and got boneless
