  Pickup order was incomplete. Rest of order got cold while I had to return. No offer to remake / no refund . Ruined meal. 1st time/last time. Update: nah, I’m good.

  We ordered a meal to go and when we got into the car we realized that the large ranch lid was not properly secured and had spilled over the food. It had completely soaked the bag and all of the food. When calling to get the food remade, the worker only gave us new fries and ranch when we asked for everything to be remade. The workers were not helpful and handled the situation poorly. Would not recommend coming to this location.

  I had a really disappointing experience here. The wings were below average, not fresh, lacking flavor, and definitely not worth the price. What made it worse was the service. The employees seemed more interested in their phones than actually helping customers. It took way too long to even get basic attention, and when we did, it felt rushed and uninterested. Overall, not a place I’d recommend if you expect decent food and even basic customer service.
