  I've been to many of the local UPS stores. This one is by far the best. Friendliest people, quickest service, very professional very kind and caring workers. Wish I could give it six stars instead of five.

  If * could negative 5 stars I would. I had a very heavy awkward package I was trying to bring in. My 7 year old son was trying to help me. The two people working today watched me struggle and watched him open the door for 4 people in/ out. they had the nerve to charge me tape for the box or i could come back with it taped up. the reason it needed tape was because i struggled with the box. they also didn’t thank my son who was kind enough to help other customers. I will choose to do other return points than visit this place again!

  The staff at the UPS Store were very professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. However, I paid $143 for next-day delivery, and unfortunately my package has still not arrived as promised. While I appreciate the staff’s assistance, I am disappointed with the delay in delivery service.

  Unfortunately no way to leave a zero rating for this store. 100 to send parcel 3 day and asked for closure and relabel service. Correct obvious label applied by store covered and parcel shipped 10 miles to original location on old label. The very generous offer made to my admin was to meet half way on a reshipment for an extra 200 to get parcel on time delivery and offer extra training to the staff. It is difficult to believe this was a “mistake” and if it was - it is equally unbelievable on the refusal to make it right or at the very least refund the charges. Usually UPS is great but I will never use this store again.
