Ordered 2 subs and an additional pizza today on the app. When I arrived at this location, the lady behind the counter informed me that they didn’t have anything for the pizza. If it’s unavailable then why is it on the app? Misleading for sure.

So, I placed an order online to be picked up at 7:15 p.m. Got to the location and was told there was no order for me because they weren't taking online orders because the Internet was down. I told the subway employee that my account had already been debited for $32.96. She went on to day that she didn't know how I can cancel the order, that she has no control over the Internet being down(In which I understand and I also understand that it takes a few days for the money to be refunded to my account) Nevertheless, I called the next day to speak to the manager and she said that there was nothing that she could do. I ended up calling the corporate office, they did an investigation and the money was put back the next day. I will not ever be ordering anything else online as far as subway is concerned and will not be going to that particular subway ever again.

Everything I ate came back up and out after I ate here. I hadn't eaten anything else. I won't be eating here or eating Subway any time soon. Something was terribly wrong.
