I've been to this specific location twice and there is a reason why because I hadn't been back even though I only live 5 minutes away. The food was not fresh, the store looks dirty and needs a whole new look . The employees were nice but ... I'm just going to leave it right there. I won't be going back to this location.

Been coming here for years and the new guy is either prejudice or R against black people. As soon as we walked in, he looked right at me and then act like I didn’t exist. I spoke twice and he still didn’t acknowledge me. Went back to making a sandwich. I’ve never been treated like that and wonder if we were a different color would I have gotten more respect. Will not return.

I used to come here atleast weekly, until today. I ordered 3 different subs and when I arrived at the store they had only made 2. I told them about there mistake and simply asked for my missing sub. Instead of acknowledging there mistake and fixing it, they accused my of trying to get another sub for free. They told me they didn't believe me and refused to fix my order. I proceeded to get upset and demanded what I had already paid for, To which they told me to file a claim with subway. I continued to plead my case and demanded they look at the footage. They said they would then did not, in the end they gave in and made my sub. But not correctly and not without complaining and continuously accusing me of lying. My sub came without ANY meat and it was also missing lettuce. I was so upset by the situation I didn't even bother having them fix it. All 3 workers in the store were a part of the issue, 2 of them had separately told the one who seemed to be incharge in front of me that they themselves had made the sub and that I was lying. And then the one who seemed to be the ring leader actually said to me that they do not trust me and they think that im lying. I have no reason to lie about a 8$ sub i could have gotten for free if I really wanted it with the buy one footlong get one free coupon. Im completely blow away at this situation and I will never eat here again.

Employee was asked if deal was in store or only online. Older lady stated only online which was fine. The younger lady came from back and started making online orders asked me what was my order I stated mines was the one she just pulled she stated in a rude tone well I have to make the order in front of you and I’ll call your name because I was standing as if she insisted I sit down I kept standing patiently waiting once I noticed she was starting my order I politely asked for cheese and she cut me off and says yours already in the oven I walked out with no food I don’t want anything from rude employees making my energy level off they both need retraining on customer service

I would rate them beyond 5 stars because the customer service is amazing every time I arrive on my lunch, along with the fresh food, I truly appreciate the patience and recommendation when I am uncertain about what I want. You can truly taste the love in your meal.
