  DHL Express is absolutely the worst carrier. They lied about items being out for delivery. The Dayton Location closes at 6 pm but stated they "attempted" a delivery at 8:22 pm and the receiver was closed. This is an complete lie, the receiving facility is open 24/7. I have been impacted by DHL Express on multiple occasions, I would advocate anyone to use another carrier. I am 37 minutes away for the Dayton location, it should not take 36 hours for this delivery to be completed. If I could give a negative star I would

  Can't give a quote told me that they only ship international and couldn't help me get a business account to ship horrible customer service there are way better companies and could not give a quote also wanted to tell me it's only for international

  Poor communication after the package arrives from Italy is that they notify me that I have to pay, and they are liars. I waited all day because they said they would arrive at 8 PM last night. I would never use this crappy company again.
